Things are busy and noisy here today because our new driveway is being put down. When we moved into this house exactly twenty years ago, our younger son was only 15 months old. Since the house was built new then and the work crews still had things to finish, like landscaping and the driveway, he would toddle from window to window watching the big trucks and the workmen. At each window he would exclaim, "A-zi-zi-zah!!", his word for any truck or piece of machinery. He was always so excited to watch and it kept him busy for long periods of time. This morning I keep looking out and thinking, "A-zi-zi-zah!!". My little boy would have loved this! How does life pass so quickly?
